Contract

After having carefully listened to your wishes and assessed the value and potential of your estate, we will discuss with you the services we can offer to help achieve your objective. Should we share the same views about our relationship, a specific contract is signed on the services you expect us to deliver in the management of the project.

Sole agency

Many clients choose to entitle TCogni alone to lead the management of their sale and represent them all along the process which will ensure the best exposure for their property through a coherent marketing plan. This includes a large distribution among carefully selected local and international real estate partners which you do not need to handle yourself. In a word, serenity and efficiency through one single point of contact.

Fees

They are only Success Fees payable when the sale is completed. They are agreed upfront as a percentage of the sale price and depend on the scope of the mission. They concern payment for service and include any operational expenditures incurred in the performance of the assignment.
