A Business & Administration graduate, Thierry was manager with Procter & Gamble for 7 years before creating the TCogni concept on acquisition project management in 2002. Passionate about architecture and interior design, he founded shortly after Atelier360, a small company working only on renovation and decoration projects for TCogni's clients. Thierry lives in Geneva and works mostly on projects in France and Switzerland.

Florian Steiger
After 20 years of managing his own business in the music industry, Florian joined TCogni to leverage his passion and expertise for the Alps by developing the mountain activity of the company. Beyond property knowledge, he is a seasoned and extermely well connected adviser for any project in the finest Swiss and French resorts where he has been hiking and skiing since he was born.

Gerd Zenhäusern
A Business & Administration graduate, Gerd was a professional sportsman for 15 years. From the Haut Valais region by origin, he knows the surrounding resorts like Zermatt or Crans Montana like the back of his hand. His strong local network helps him find and open the doors of the most beautiful and often hidden properties. Gerd is as well very active in the French Alps where he successfully managed several projects.

Olivier Kretz
A Business & Administration graduate, Olivier occupied several managerial positions in sales and marketing in Procter & Gamble, Pernod Ricard, AC Nielsen and lately in the telecom industry with Prosodie. At the same time, he pursued his passion for real estate by managing several property developments until he joined TCogni with a particular focus on projects in the Paris region and Normandy.

Sandrine Kretz
A former teacher for 20 years before studying interior design and using her skills and taste in several projects run with her husband Olivier, the latest being the acquisition and entire restoration of André Malraux historic private mansion in Boulogne. Sandrine helps TCogni's clients find and decorate their homes, more particularly in Paris and Normandy.

Richard Malandain
A graduate in architecture and interior classical design, Richard spent 25 years in Scandinavia, managing many restoration of historic estates. He then moved back to his home region in Anjou in France with his Swedish wife. His passion for history, great experience with chateaux and antics benefit clients who envision purchasing a property in the Loire Valley. As a partner of Atelier360, he manages every year several restoration and decoration projects for TerraCognita's clients all over France with a multidisciplinary team of approx imately 20 workers.

Oliver Stastny
Swiss born, Oli holds a degree in tourism management and an MBA in real estate. He is the founder and manager of a top end villa operation company in St.Moritz, Switzerland, where he has been living for more than 20 years.
As an expert in luxury life style in St.Moritz and the Engadine Valley, his network and knowledge are exceptional. He has managed the acquisition and development of some of the most prestigious homes of the region. He advises a small group of his St Moritz clients on their real estate projects all over the world.
